Refund policy
At eClergys, our products are made to order and custom-made with care and precision. Because of this, our return, refund and cancellation policy differs from standard retailers. We aim to be fair and transparent while protecting both our craftsmanship and our customers.
Return Policy (30 Days):

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it

Unworn or unused

With all tags attached

The item must be in its original packaging

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return:

To start a return, you can contact us at support@eclergys.com

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If any item is returned to us without prior approval from support@eclergys.com, it will not be accepted and no refund or exchange will be processed in such cases.

If an item is returned for a refund, the shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
Refund Policy:

Refunds are only accepted if the product is defective or the incorrect item has been dispatched.

Refunds and returns are not accepted if you have used any discount, coupon code or promotional items.

Once your return is received and inspected by our inspecting team, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment which was used while making your order within a certain number of days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Special & Customised Orders:

Special and customised order items such as custom-made garments that are specifically ordered for your make are excluded from our usual 30-day return period.

These items can only be returned if faulty or delivered in error.
Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the 3rd working day from the day after the date you ordered the goods.

You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.

To cancel your contract, you must notify us in writing.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.

If you cancel the contract but do not return the goods to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
